In this introduction we’re going to introduce you to WordPress and then we’ll introduce Elementor which is a framework we commonly use for our own websites and our client websites. Elementor is a page building framework that allows us to create websites without custom code, think of it like a Wix or Squarespace but running on our own WordPress website rather than using an external service.
This course is designed for marketers and writers new to WordPress.
Important!
While we use Elementor or the Gutenberg WordPress Editor with a theme like KadenceWP, post content is almost always edited in the Gutenberg editor. It can be confusing but it really does depend on how we have set up the website.
